Lance Reddick Wasn’t Sure He Wanted to Play Albert Wesker in ‘Resident Evil’
Reddick is active on social media, often posting photos with his wife, daughter, and dogs. He also shares behind-the-scenes snapshots of his projects, including some recent posts featuring his demonic resident co-stars.
But as excited as he is about the project, Reddick wasn’t entirely convinced at first. The well-established actor, whose net worth is estimated at $4 million, according to celebrity net worth – recently revealed that he was hesitant to take on the role of Wesker due to the character’s vague movie personality.
“When I first heard ‘demonic resident TV show’, I was like, ‘Really?’ and partly because I only knew the movies,” says Reddick. damn disgusting. “I wasn’t even aware of video games. I thought: ‘Is there something for me, and who is Albert Wesker? Who is that?'”
But reading the script, Reddick realized that this new version was much more dynamic and interesting.
