Fortnite Season 3 Week 6 Mission Guide
The following is a breakdown of the Fortnite Season 3 Week 6 Missions along with some tips on how to beat them. When specific information is needed, we will update the piece once the missions are live. Each Fortnite Season 3 mission will be worth 15,000 XP.
Break open reality seed pods 0/3
This quest is getting easier as time goes on with more and more reality tree roots spreading across the map and taking the pods with them. Despite this, the best place to find these capsules and collect the seeds inside is still Reality Falls, which has several capsules in the area.
Get a headshot from 40 meters or more with the Hammer Assault Rifle 0/5
Perhaps one of the easiest combat-related missions available in Fortnite is headshots with the Hammer assault rifle. While headshots can be tough to land, the hammer assault rifle’s recoil is pretty much non-existent, so there should be no issues when it comes to getting this 15,000XP.
Buy an exotic weapon from a 0/1 character
This quest will either take a long time or complete instantly depending on how much gold you spend when playing Fortnite, as exotic weapons from NPCs can cost a lot if there isn’t a clearance sale. Save your target, then look for NPCs selling weapons and you’ll soon get what you’re looking for.
Use a Baller, a Zipline and a Geyser in a single match 0/3
This is a quest that seems very difficult, but it won’t really be much of a problem if you’re willing to risk sacrificing a game. To easily complete this quest, simply drop into the Rave cave and land on top of the bear’s head, then enter it, immediately enter the baller, and come back out. Use the zip line to get out of the head and then head south past Reality Falls and all the geysers. Taking a nearby vehicle will help make it faster.
Use The Grapple Glove to catch a zip line while in the air 0/1
This quest seems pretty intimidating at first, but it could actually be quite simple if you take your time. The best way to do this quest is to get a grappling glove, then go to the end of a zipline, then jump up and try to grab onto the line before landing.
Choose a legendary or mythical fruit from a 0/1 reality sapling
While the quest is theoretically simple, this is one that can take a while if you’re unlucky enough to find a legendary fruit that hasn’t been harvested yet. The guaranteed way to complete this quest is to use your own sapling and wait until the legendary or mythic fruit is available for you to pick.
Deal damage to opponents with rare or better assault rifles 0/1000
A simple task for this week for most Fortnite players is to simply use an assault rifle of rare rarity or higher and rack up 1000 damage. An easy 15,000 XP for players who prefer to use an assault rifle.
Destroy structures with fire 0/100
Firefies have been a useful tool in Fortnite Season 3, with their ability to destroy structures. While they have been removed from the competition to save resources for players, they can still be found all over the map in the other Battle Royale modes.
Damage opponents with a sniper rifle 0/500
Another self-explanatory challenge, simply find and equip a heavy sniper rifle in Fortnite and do 500 damage with it to earn another 15,000XP.
