Netflix Geeked, Netflix’s home for all things genre entertainment, is gearing up for its second annual Geeked Week. Geeked Week 2022 is a free five-day virtual event that celebrates Netflix’s genre series, movies and games and takes place from June 6-10, 2022. You can expect tons of exclusive news, new trailers, appearances of celebrities and much more.

The Sandman

There is another world that awaits us all when we close our eyes and sleep: a place called Dreaming, where The Sandman, Master of Dreams (Tom Sturridge), gives shape to all our deepest fears and fantasies. But when Dream is unexpectedly captured and held prisoner for a century, his absence sets off a series of events that will forever change both the waking and dreaming worlds. To restore order, Dream must travel through different worlds and timelines to make amends for the mistakes he made during his vast existence, revisiting old friends and enemies, and encountering new entities, both cosmic and human, along the way.
Based on the beloved and award-winning DC comic book series written by Neil Gaiman, THE SANDMAN is a rich combination of mythos and dark fantasy based on the characters that are woven throughout ten epic chapters that follow the many adventures of Dream. Developed and produced by Gaiman, showrunner Allan Heinberg, and David S. Goyer.
Mark Hamill will voice Pumpkinhead in the series.

Netflix released a clip of the upcoming the umbrella academy Season 3, which premieres on June 24, 2022.
The clip highlights the Obsidian Hotel, a new location in the series (which is the group’s new home as Sparrow Academy resides in their old home). It’s inspired by the third volume of the comics, Hotel Oblivion, but probably has a different execution.
