When is Vanguard Season 3? Season 2 end date

New weapons in Vanguard Season 3

M1916: Marksman Rifle (Release)

New Vanguard Season 3 Operators
Following the launch of Season 3, players will also get a new Operator, with more joining the fray throughout the season.
Mateo Hernandez (Launch)

New Vanguard Season 3 Maps
The Vanguard Season 3 update will also bring some new maps to multiplayer, one at launch and one during the season.
The first to be released at the launch of Season 3 is Mayhem. This is a small, tight map that encourages play of its name, Mayhem. It is designed for “fast combat” and is based on a 1950s movie set.
Sphere (in season)
In season, players can look forward to Sphere, another small-sized multiplayer map with two layers that encourage “fast-paced melee opportunities.”
Not much is known about this map as it arrives seasonally.
New Equipment: Trophy System
For those who have played Warzone and many previous Call of Duty games that have featured this team, the trophy system will be very familiar.
This gear is simply a defensive tool that can be placed to avoid “frag grenades, sticky bombs, and #69 stun grenades while they’re still in the air, neutralizing them before they reach the area around the trophy system.”
This gear will be available to all Vanguard players after the launch of Season 3, without the need to progress through the battle pass.
New ranked season, rewards including weapon blueprints and camos
Vanguard Ranked Play will leave beta during Season 3, bringing a skill rating reset and new rewards.
Everyone’s SR will be cleared, so you’ll need to complete your location matches again to be assigned a new skill rating. Once you’ve done this, you can start earning the new rewards which include Blueprints for MP40 and Automaton, as well as “two black and orange camos, usable on all weapons.”
