On September 23, Minecraft star Clay “Dream” took the internet by storm after tweeting that his “mask is coming off” and that he would be meeting members of his fanbase “very soon.”

Five minutes later, he took to his alternate Twitter account, @dreamwastaken, and announced that he would be visiting San Diego, where he would finally meet up with his friends, fans, and fellow content creators:

Clay used the phrase “removing his mask” for the first time in a YouTube community post a few days ago.

He said an upcoming YouTube upload would show his face and also mentioned that Minecraft sensation George “GeorgeNotFound” would be moving to Florida. His post on the YouTube community read:
