The 7 Best Minecraft Villagers To Have In 2022

Villagers are one of the best parts of Minecraft and perhaps the most wanted mob in the game. Players love to visit villages and see what villagers there are and what they have, as trading with them is a beneficial feature.

Many players set up their own villager farms for endless trades, so knowing which jobs are the best is vital. These are the ones that provide the best operations or are the most useful.

The Best Jobs Minecraft Villagers Can Have

Players who spend time fighting mobs at night will no doubt come away with a lot of rotten meat as zombies are the most common hostile mobs. It has a few uses, but the best is trading it with village clerics.

These villagers choose brewing stalls as their job block and provide some valuable items. At levels four and five, they can sell Minecraft players Bottle O’ Enchanting and Ender Pearls, two of the most valuable items to trade.

6) mason

Masons don’t provide many awesome items to set them apart. In fact, their trades are pretty average. However, one key thing makes them useful villagers.

Its main trade is emeralds for clay balls. They usually give one emerald for 10 clay balls, which means that two and a half blocks of clay are worth one emerald. It’s not easy to find a better deal than that, and clay is easy to find in bulk as most bodies of water have tons of patches.

5) farmer

Farmers are the most common villagers in Minecraft, but that’s not bad. They tend to have good trades and are an excellent source of emeralds. His base trade is always one of the four emerald farms, so players with a garden will always have the items they need.

Beets, potatoes, carrots, and wheat are easy to come by. In later levels, they’ll even trade for melons and pumpkins, a couple of easier-to-get items.

4) gunsmith

Gunsmiths are rare, but they are some of the most useful villagers in the game. At higher levels, they will offer one of each diamond armor piece, two at level four and the other two at level five.

The nice thing about getting armor from a villager is that it saves diamonds, and they come enchanted. Enchantments are random and not always the best, but can be easily disenchanted if that’s the case.

3) Cartographer

Cartographers have a reason to be the most important villager in Minecraft. Without them, it would be difficult to find the Ocean Monument or the Woodland Mansion. The Woodland Mansion is especially useful for winning the game, as it’s the only place Totems of Undying can be obtained.

They also trade for paper and glass, two common items.

2) gunsmith

Just like gunsmiths, weaponsmiths are perhaps the most sought after villagers. They provide diamond-enchanted weapons such as swords and axes, which is perhaps the best trade one can hope for.

They also trade coal and iron ingots, so it’s very easy to accumulate emeralds with them and bring them to a high enough level for elite transactions.

1) librarian

Ultimately, the best villager in Minecraft is the librarian. While blacksmiths, blacksmiths, and armorers do provide enchanted items, these items often don’t have the best enchantments. Librarians offer the possibility to manually obtain the best and most desired books.

Repair villagers are one of the ones that most Minecraft players try to get, and that is why they are the best.
