5 Best Simple Redstone Builds

Minecraft’s Redstone is one of the most open and complex systems of any game ever created. On the surface, these systems seem pretty simple and affordable. Create a type of electricity combined with components that replicate pieces of code, such as using comparators and repeaters to make OR or AND logic gates.

While the upper echelons of redstone engineering are more complicated than most players will ever need, there are plenty of useful things players can do with simpler systems.

5) Super Casting

Super Foundries are an automated furnace system that players can craft using a series of hoppers, mining carts, or a combination of the two. Players can place the item to melt in one chest, fuel in another chest, and set up an output system, and the furnace will automatically draw items to melt and feed as needed.

Super foundries can be complex for new players due to the amount of redstone it takes to fit into a small area. However, this also makes them good practice for learning compact redstone. However, very basic car castings are incredibly easy to build and convenient.

4) Automatic feed farm

Players can make some minecraft auto food farms using redstone. There are automatic melon and gourd farms, which use spotters to spot overgrown gourds and melons and rams to break them up for harvest.

There are also automatic sugar cane farms, which break the sugar cane when it reaches three heights. There are also automatic chicken farms that will automatically produce chicks, kill adult chickens for meat and feathers, and collect eggs.

Players can combine these three auto farms for an unlimited supply of pumpkin pies using pumpkins, eggs, and sugar.

3) Item Classifier

Item classifiers seem like the kind of thing that would be incredibly complex. In reality, however, they are quite simple. Players can chain Minecraft chests and sorters for as much storage space as they need, requiring just a few redstone powders, redstone torches, comparators, repeaters, and hoppers per layer of chests.

The biggest drawback to Minecraft item sorters is the amount of iron they require, as they often take up three or four hoppers per chest layer, so players should only do an item sorter once they have a source. iron constant, like an iron farm.

2) Villager Breeder and Transporter

A combination of breeder and transporter is useful for players who want to set up a villager trading room. These constructs incorporate redstone to move baby villagers produced by the breeder into a holding chamber. Players can then use an additional redstone item to automatically collect an adult villager and transport them to their final holding area with a job block.

The biggest downside to this build is that villagers can be quite annoying to work with, as they tend to walk where they want, which can be very frustrating when trying to get them exactly where they need to be.

1) Villager Converter and Trading Module

This type of trading pod is intended to allow players to get the best possible Minecraft trades, price wise. These trading pods incorporate a lever that can drop villagers down one level, where a small room below the trading room can be accessed. This smaller room contains a zombie that will infect the villager.

Once the Minecraft villager has been zombified, players can retrieve and heal them for better prices. If players are still not satisfied with the price, they can go through this process again to lower the prices even further, potentially to their lowest.
