Every year EA updates its player roster with new ratings based on their performance in the previous season, and FIFA 23 is no exception. The 2021/22 campaign saw some exceptional performances, which has been reflected in the FIFA 23 ratings.
One of the biggest leagues featured in FIFA 23 is the Premier League. Whether you’re building your dream Ultimate Team or embarking on a Career Mode, the English top flight is likely to play a role.
Here’s a breakdown of the top 23 rated players in the Premier League, as well as our predictions for the top players from each PL club in FIFA 23.

After the two fought tooth and nail for three domestic trophies last season, it’s no surprise to see Manchester City and Liverpool dominate the rankings in FIFA 23.
After winning the Premier League Player of the Season award, kevin de bruyne has maintained its lofty rating of 91. Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo has dropped from 91 to 90, meaning he no longer shares the top spot with De Bruyne.
Surprisingly, Erling HalandFIFA 22 rating has not gone up, but given its start in the 2022/2023 season, it should receive several special cards.
Heung Min-Son he recorded his most prolific year in the Premier League so far, finishing as the joint top goalscorer. However, this was not enough to see him move up in rating, as he remains at 89.
FIFA 23 Premier League Ranking Predictions: The Best Players From Each Team
While most clubs didn’t have a chance to place a player in the top 10, it’s still interesting to see how USA upgrade and demote stars from all over the league. Every team has excelled and failed, which should be reflected when FIFA 23 arrives.
