Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8: new map, Battle Royale class and more
The highlight of this season is the addition of the classic Express map. Coming from Black Ops 2, the map is set around a train station, with parked trains, ticket booths, and long hallways to fight through.
The highlight, however, is the high-speed bullet train that whizzes past the map from time to time. Don’t get caught on the tracks when he’s accelerating, or you could meet a very abrupt end.
Meanwhile, the new perk this season is Spycraft. You can use this to hack enemy ground items like the trophy system, shoot mines and turrets on the battlefield, and turn them against your own team. Furtive!
Igniter is the ultimate battle royale class. As their name implies, they can set fire-based traps that will burn any enemy Operator foolish enough to wander into them. Conveniently, they also have improved resistance to fire and explosive damage.
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8: New Themed Event, Season Challenges, and Battle Pass
This season’s themed event is known as Operation: Spy Hunt. Players will have to collect clues by competing in matches, intercept enemy intelligence, and earn rewards.
In Battle Royale, you will also have bonus tasks to eliminate specific enemies. Do so and you’ll get extra hints to progress through the event and earn more even faster.
Of course, there will also be new seasonal challenges to earn weapon blueprints, operator skins, and more, and up to 30,000 battle pass XP.

Speaking of the Battle Pass, this season’s free content includes the ZRG 20mm Bolt Action Sniper Rifle at Tier 21. If you prefer something a little more up close and personal, can we recommend the Butterfly Knife?
Those who opt for the Premium Pass can earn new Operator skins like Misty’s Undercover, Vanguard’s Nocturnal Elite, and more.
A Battle Pass Ground Forces subscription will also earn you the Park – Double Agent Operator skin along with an AK-47 blueprint. That’s in addition to the regular 10% player and weapon XP boost.
