Fortnite he is best known for his skins, which players can purchase or unlock through gameplay. Yet another great aspect of Fortnite are the banners that players can use for their username and ID. Banners can be unlocked or purchased based on what you have done in the game. Many banners look uninteresting and plain, but the rarer banners tend to have a lot more detail.
The icon on the banner is more important, not the color of the banner. Icons that are harder to find tend to have more detail than those that are easier to find.
Over time, banners have become less frequent, probably because the community only uses them to show how long you’ve been playing. Having a banner showing that you are an OG is a badge of honor and shows that you have supported the game since its release. It is common for players who have them to display them frequently.
The rarest banners are not always found when you start playing.
Below we list the rarest banners in Fortnite. It is a great way to show that you are unique if you have one of these banners.
alpha tester 11
Anyone could have earned the original Alpha Tester banner for participating in a single Alpha Test. That banner was just a pyramid with a lightning bolt in the middle and a triangle with a hole at the top. When you got to 11 different alpha tests, that pyramid got a lot of stars, a ribbon at the bottom, and wings.
The Battle Bus wasn’t hard to come by; you just had to reach level 10 and buy it. What was difficult was doing this in Chapter 1 Season 1. In Season 1, spending money on Fortnite it was a gamble because there was no guarantee the game would take off the way it did. The banner you got was a bus jam with some music.
You could get the Vulture Banner by reaching Level 66 in Chapter 1 Season 2. So you had to be a big player in Fortnite already and get to level 66, which took a long time. Again, Fortnite it didn’t get off the ground for some time, so this was a time-consuming task for a game that could have been shut down next year.
If getting to level 66 in Season 2 was hard, getting to 99 in Season 3 was quite the task. Players would receive a dinosaur skull on their banner to show how much effort they put into the game. This was for the original sweats of the game and those who had started playing Fortnite and got good at it, like NICKMERCS or Ninja.
This was less of a great question. Season 4 is when more players started coming in Fortnite, and it got even bigger. This poster is special as it is very valuable to the community. This banner features the villain emblem, the ultimate way to say you’re a threat in the game. He looks like a diamond to us, so we’re not sure what he looks like as a villain, but we’re sure there’s a connection.
You could unlock the Cobra emblem by reaching level 88 in Fortnite Season 5. This is arguably a much more menacing banner than the previous one because it has a Cobra that looks like it should be in the Cobra Kai Netflix show.
The glyph was a banner that you would get just for completing the road trip challenges in Season 5. Today’s challenges aren’t very hard and Epic Games expects players to complete all of them anyway, but when they were in the game at the first year, it was a huge request to get players to repeat actions just to finish the challenges.
It looks like a glyph from an older civilization because all we see is an L and a P, similar to how Linkin Park used to do their band logo.
Tomatohead was another banner that you could unlock by completing Road Trip Challenges. TomatoHead is a familiar face to Fortnite players today, but back then, it would be hard to tell how valuable this banner would be. It’s just TomatoHead with some utensils on his head like a makeshift crown.
DJ Yonder is a banner that you could unlock in Season 6 by completing the Hunting Party challenges. There were plenty of banners you could unlock for the Hunting Party challenges in Season 6, but DJ Yonder looks the best. He is a llama, which has been the de facto mascot for Fortnite but in a cool futuristic helmet. His ears have earphones and he looks like he’s the meanest beast out there. Definitely one you should show if you have it.
If you don’t remember Paragon, it’s the game Epic had until they found out. Fortnite could get them a ton of money. So they pulled the staff and resources out of the game, and it became one of the first games Fortnite delicate.
To get the banner, you had to play Paragon at least once while it was available when Fortnite I was. So, you had to play the game in 2017 or early 2018 to get this banner.
You better be on your best behavior when you see someone with this banner walking around. To get it, you must be an employee of Epic Games. This makes it incredibly rare, and if you kill someone with this banner while hacking, it’s best to just quit and open a new account because you won’t be keeping yours for long.
Vacation Survival Hard
You were rewarded with this creepy banner if you finished Holiday Survival on Hard. It’s basically a skull and crossbones, but there are mint sticks instead of bones and a crown above the skull. The Chinese version of Fortnite has three vertically aligned circles.
survival stone wood
Survival Stonewood’s banner was a flaming skull. There are crosses in the eyes, so we assume that the skull is no longer living. You needed to complete the Survive the Storm quest at Stonewood in Save The World to get it. save the world is the original Fortnite concept, but since the Battle Royale mode is much more popular, it’s rare to find someone with banners for it.
Players can choose their commanders during Save The World’s Search For Survivors event. The commanders were just influential people who were important at the time. During this time, NICKMERCS, SypherPK, Myth, and Ninja were not influential enough to be considered commanders of the Fortnite event, showing how long ago it was.
These banners are rare, but not choosing any influencers and choosing the Unreal Engine is even rarer. Sure, at the time, it was definitely a waste, but now it’s very rare to have.
It’s hard to find someone who paid for Fortnite since the game has been free for a while. What’s even harder to find is someone who paid for the Ultimate Edition of Fortnite and is considered one of the founders of the game.
The knife banner is one of the banners given to players who fit into this category.
play well with others
Plays Well with Others could only be obtained by completing 1000 Play With Others quests in Save The World. It’s a great question, but the banner shows that you definitely have friends, which you don’t need to prove if you’ve played that many missions.
You could get a lot of banners for completing the Dungeons event, but none are rarer than the Dungeons Champion banner. You could only unlock the Dungeon Champion banner by completing each dungeon at power level 140. The banner looks like a gateway with power coming from it, basically what you’ve tasted of yourself by completing it.
During the Save The World Frostnite event, players could earn a lot of banners, but one was cooler than the others. You could only get the Buried Snowman Banner if you survived for 30 minutes in Week 2 of Challenge 3 during Frostnite 2018.
There was also a second chance to unlock this banner by completing the Final Frost challenge in Frostnite 2019.
hit the road
There were two banners you could unlock during the Hit The Road event in Save The World, but this is arguably one of the sweatiest banners ever created. When he completed the mission at power level 140 without damaging his truck, he received a banner with a radio tower emitting electricity.
Players with this banner should be avoided because they have proven how incredibly good they are at Fortnite.
in the storm
During the Into The Storm event in Save the World, players could earn a scorpion banner by completing the quest at power level 70. The scorpion looks incredibly cool and makes us think of a lone ranger in the desert getting ready to attack. snag your Victory Royale.
world cup 2019
The 2019 World Cup should hold a special place in many Fortnite hearts of the players because this was one of the biggest tournaments in Fortnite history. That was when Bugha became world champion and the last year before COVID stopped the World Cups.
This was a time when everyone believed that being good at a game could make you a millionaire because Bugha made three million dollars on the spot.
You got the banner for participating, and it really is something to make you nostalgic.
