Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 has finally arrived after a long and intense Season 2. The Imagined Order and The Seven fought desperately for the fate of Zero Point, the island, and the loopers.
Ultimately, it appears that The Seven won and pushed the IO off the island. As a result, everything is more alive and vibrant.
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 is undoubtedly an exciting departure from the previous season, and there’s a lot to like. There are many novelties and new things to discover.
As usual, there are myths that many players have about the season.
The myths of Fortnite in Chapter 3 Season 3 are already debunked
8) Invisibility bug
Initially, there were rumors of a very easy glitch to turn invisible. Players just needed to tame wildlife, enter a truck, and then jump on the animal from the truck.
This was supposed to make them invisible, but as seen at the 50 second mark in the video above, it didn’t work. Unfortunately, the loopers remained visible.
7) Jumping Mushrooms
Another popular theory was that throwables and bullets could bounce off the new sipping mushrooms that populate the western side of the map. At the 1:05 mark, both were refuted.
Only loopers can bounce off the new mushrooms. However, they are still useful.
6) Boulder breaking through armored walls
The armored walls are almost indestructible. However, the new rocks in Chapter 3 Season 3 are quite strong.
Many suspected that these rocks could destroy armored walls. Unfortunately, as seen at the 1:15 mark, that is not the case. The armored walls remain slightly overpowered.
5) Mountable Sharks
One of the most significant changes this season was that Fortnite’s wildlife was now manageable. Wolves and boars can now be tamed and ridden all over the island.
Does that apply to other wildlife on the island? Well, birds are too small, but sharks certainly aren’t. Unfortunately (1:25 mark), the sharks are too unruly to be tamed and ridden.
4) Darth Vader can use the force
In the trailer, Darth Vader uses the force against a stormtrooper. Some players wondered whether or not he could do something similar in the game.
Of course using it on enemies would be pay to win, but many still thought it could do something. (1:50) That’s not the case, although there is a Dark Side emote in the Star Wars collection that emulates it.
3) Removal of bushes damaged by wildlife falls
Landing in a large bush will remove fall damage no matter where Fortnite players fall from. It could be the build limit, and they’ll be fine.
Is that the case with the wildlife they are riding? Unfortunately not (2:15). Wildlife can’t survive a drop like that almost no matter what.
2) Jump over geysers
Several new geysers on the island can propel Fortnite players into the air and let them fly. They send users about 75 meters into the air.
By jumping at the right time, will the loopers be sent higher than that? No, 75 meters is how high they go, regardless of the circumstances. Still a good boost though.
1) Wolves are the fastest
It could be reasonably assumed that, of all wildlife, wolves are the fastest. That makes sense given that boars aren’t known for their speed, and wolves often hunt and kill all the other animals in Fortnite.
However, in a head-to-head race (3:39 mark), the Boars ran slightly faster.
