Caveat! Contains a preview of Fortnite x Marvel: War Zero #1

Marvel Comics has released a new preview of their upcoming Fortnite cross with Spiderman calling all avengers he can join. After his successful bat Man crossover series with the DC Universe, Fortnite continues the Seven’s battle with the Imagined Order calling the ordeal on Marvel’s Earth-616. With the mighty Zero Point on the line, it looks like Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will be crucial in the next zero war.

as seen in reality Fortnite The video game, Spider-Man, and the Daily Bugle were plucked from Earth-616 and transported to Fortnite Island by the Imagined Order. While Spider-Man became a playable character Fortnite island character, the Daily Bugle became a major battle site and point of interest. However, it seems that the heroes of the Seven managed to rescue Spider-Man from a looping fate of constant battles over and over again (much like Batman freed himself from his own loop in the Batman x Fortnite: Ground Zero Serie).

As seen in the new preview of Marvel x Fortnite: War Zero #1 by Christos Gage, Donald Mustard and Sergio Davila, Spider-Man returns to the main Marvel Universe by jumping through Ground Zero alongside Agent Jones and the Imagined. Having evaded Doctor Slone from the Imagined Order, he seems as if Fortnite the villains are well aware of what the Seven are planning. Meanwhile, Spider-Man asks Captain Marvel to call in every Avengers team there is. Here are the preview pages and synopsis for the upcoming issue:

MARVEL X FORTNITE: ZERO WAR #1- THE MARVEL UNIVERSE COLLIDE WITH FORTNITE! The inhabitants of the Island are locked in what seems to be a never-ending war, and only one thing has the potential to turn the tide: a crystallized shard of Point Zero has been flung into the Marvel Universe. Spider-Man and Wolverine team up with various Fornite fighters and new recruit Shuri to hunt down the elusive Zero Shard. Will these allies be able to find him in time and avert catastrophe? And can the heroes of the Marvel and Fortnite realities hold off the Imagined Order long enough to give them a fighting chance? Epic Games Creative Director Donald Mustard joins veteran Marvel writer Christos Gage (SPIDER-GEDDON, AVENGERS ACADEMY) and artist Sergio Davila (CAPTAIN MARVEL) for a five-part crossover event with huge ramifications for both universes.

Interestingly, the synopsis references a snippet of Point Zero being sent to Earth-616. Perhaps this happened due to the nexus war where did Galactus attack the island in the 2020 game crossover? Also, it looks like Wolverine and Shuri are confirmed for the comic crossover and will be joining Spider-Man in the zero war that’s about to start. Previous teases also confirmed that each issue of the five-part miniseries will come with codes to unlock in-game rewards, much like in DC’s past. bat Man crosses

In any case, it will be exciting to see which Avengers will join the Seven to save the Fortnite Island. While the island has already seen its fair share of heroes in the actual game, the Marvel Universe is not short of heroes.

here is hope Spiderman can get the right avengers for work when the full Marvel x Fortnite: War Zero #1 releases June 8.
